THE LEVEL CROSS FIRE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES FIRE PROTECTION FOR TAXPAYERS IN THE DISTRICT ALONG WITH A HEAVY RESCUE AND LIGHT RESCUE VEHICLES FOR MEDICAL CALLS, VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, AND WATER RESCUES ON RANDLEMAN LAKE. THE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO 785 CALLS IN THE LAST FISCAL YEAR OF WHICH 65% WERE MEDICAL.
