THE CENTER'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION AND SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN IN NEED THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH THIER FAMILIES. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION - HEAD START, EARLY HEAD START, MECKLENBURG PRE-K AND NC PRE-K PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN 3-4 YEARS OLD AND INFANTS. SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM - AFTER SCHOOL SERVICES AS WELL AS SUMMER PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AGE. FAMILY SUPPORT AND ADULT SERVICES - PREVENTION PROGRAMS (DRUG AND ALCOHOL AWARENESS AND PREVENTION EDUCATION) EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS, AND A SENIORS PROGRAM.
