TO FORMULATE POLICY, CONDUCT PRUDENT FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & MANAGE NON-PROFIT RELATED CORPORATIONS SO THAT THEY CAN PROVIDE THE HIGHEST-QUALITY OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, MATERNITY AND CHILDCARE SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN WEST VIRGINIA AND THE TRI-STATE REGION. FLORENCE CRITTENTON SERVICES, INC. WAS FOUNDED NATIONALLY BY CHARLES CRITTENTON AND THE AGENCY HAS BEEN SERVING WEST VIRGINIA'S YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE 1895. THE AGENCY'S GOAL IS TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY MERGE CHILD WELFARE SERVICES WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT BY PROVIDING AN ARRAY OF TREATMENT OPTIONS TO MEET THE COMMUNITY NEEDS.
