WE OPERATE A MOBILE AGRICULTURAL LABORATORY CLASSROOM FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS. WE TRANSPORT THIS EDUCATIONAL CLASSROOM TO VARIOUS SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA WHERE STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT VARIOUS ASPECTS OF AGRICULTURE AND PERFORM EXPERIMENTS. WE PROVIDE THE TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, WE VISITED 35 WVA SCHOOLS AND EDUCATED 10,318 STUDENTS.


WE PROVIDE VARIOUS SUPPLIES SO KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 5'TH GRADE TEACHERS WOULD HAVE MORE AND CURRENT MATERIALS TO DISTRIBUTE TO THEIR STUDENTS AND EDUCATE THEM ABOUT AGRICULTURE. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, WE PROVIDED THESE SUPPLIES TO 35 SCHOOLS AND 10,318 STUDENTS IN WEST VIRGINIA.


DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, THE FOUNDATION ASSISTED STUDENTS BY SPONSORING AN ANNUAL HAM AND BACON SHOW FOR FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA STUDENTS. 85 WEST VIRGINIA HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS PARTICIPATED IN THIS EDUCATIONAL EVENT.


WE PROVIDE THE TUITION FEES SO THAT KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 5'TH GRADE TEACHERS COULD ATTEND THE SUMMER AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE, LEARN MORE ABOUT AGRICULTURE AND FARMING AND BETTER EDUCATE OUR YOUNG STUDENTS ABOUT AGRICULTURE. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 WE SPONSORED 16 TEACHERS TO ATTEND THE PROGRAM.
