D/B/A FAMILY CARE HEALTH CENTERS, PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE SERVICES TO WOMEN AND FAMILIES, AS WELL AS OB/GYN, PEDIATRICS, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, DENTAL SERVICES, AND INTERNAL MEDICINE IN THE GREATER KANAWHA, PUTNAM, CABELL, AND BOONE COUNTY REGIONS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A SLIDING FEE SCALE BASED ON FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES AND PROVIDES FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS AND OTHER HEALTH SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY DURING HEALTH FAIRS AND OTHER EVENTS.
