THE ORGANZATION IS OPERATED TO RECEIVE, HOLD, INVEST, AND ADMINSTER PROPERTY AND TO MAKE EXPENDITURES FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEW RIVER COMMUNITY & TECHNICAL COLLEGE AND ITS STUDENTS AND STAFF.
