WILL SEEK TO SECURE EXTERNAL SOURCES OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR STUDENTS, FACULTY, STAFF, AND ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AT SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE THROUGH SPECIAL EVENT FUNDRAISING, DONOR RELATIONS, INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, AND COMMUNITY PHILANTHROPY.
