THE PENNY PINCHER PROVIDES ACTIVITIES AND REHABILITATION SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS BY ALLOWING THEM A CHANGE TO WORK IN A RETAIL ENVIRONMENT. THE PENNY PINCHER ALSO PROVIDES CLOTHING AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE TO INDIVIDUALS FROM DONATED GOODS.
