OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN AND SPOUSES OF US NAVY AVIATION PERSONNEL - OFFICER AND ENLISTED - ACTIVE DUTY, RETIRED, HONORABLY DISCHARGED OR DECEASED. RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED ON THE BASIS OF SCHOLASTIC MERIT, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND FINANCIAL NEED.
