THE YMCA IS DEDICATED TO BUILDING HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY OF ITS MEMBERS. THE YMCA IS PUTTING CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, STRONG FAMILIES, POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY STRENGTH.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS: HELPING PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES DEVELOP HEALTH IN SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY IS AT THE CORE OF THE YMCA MOVEMENT. OUR PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE CREATE REALISTIC GOALS FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT AND EMPHASIZE DISEASE PREVENTION THROUGH REGULAR EXERCISES, PROPER NUTRITION, STRESS MANAGEMENT, AND HEALTH EDUCATION.
CHILDCARE PROGRAMS: OUR YMCA PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY CHILD CARE WITH COMPRESHENSIVE ACTIVITES FOR PRESCHOOL AND SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN DRAWING ON DIVERSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE YMCA DAY CAMP PROGRAM PROVIDES A LASTING EXPERIENCE OF PERSONAL ENRICHMENT. WE OFFER ADVENTURE AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES THAT PROVIDE CHALLENGES AND PROMOTE SPIRITUAL AWARENESS, MENTAL DEVELOPMENT, PHYSICAL WELL BEING, SOCIAL GROWTH, AND SELF-RESPECT. WOVEN INTO THE FABRIC OF THE YMCA MISSION IS A COMMITMENT TO STRENGHTENING FAMILIES.
