IT IS THE MISSION OF GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPICE TO AFFIRM LIFE IN THE MIDST OF ILLNESS AND GRIEF. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS OBJECTIVE BY PROVIDING QUALITY PATIENT CARE, FAMILY SUPPORT, COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND COUNCELING SERVICES THROUGH AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF CAREGIVERS. IN 2021 GOOD SAMARITAN PROVIDED COMPASSIONATE HOSPICE CARE TO 1,291 PATIENTS IN THE ROANOKE AND NEW RIVER VALLEYS, FOR A TOTAL OF 79,477 PATIENT CARE DAYS.
