THE FACILITIES ARE CENTERED AROUND A FAMILY-LIFE ENVIRONMENT WHILE PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED.
