SCHOLARSHIPS - THE AFCEA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND ASSISTANCE FOR PEOPLE ENGAGED IN INFORMATIONAL MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATIONS, AND INTELLIGENCE EFFORTS TO FOSTER EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY THE DISCIPLINES RELATED TO C4ISR. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENGINEERS AND TECHNICAL PERSONNEL THROUGH AWARDS, SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS, AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
