ESTABLISHED IN 1972, WAKEFIELD SCHOOL IS AN INDEPENDENT, COLLEGE-PREPARATORY DAY SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS IN JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 12 ENGAGING IN A RIGOROUS AND INSPIRING LIBERAL ARTS CURRICULUM. FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR, 386 STUDENTS WERE ENROLLED. ON AVERAGE, OUR STUDENT TO TEACHER RATIO IS 15:1. OUR SCHOOL OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF COURSES AND EXTRACURRICULAR OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR STUDENTS INCLUDING DUAL ENROLLMENT AND AP COURSES FOR OUR UPPER SCHOOL STUDENTS, VARSITY, JUNIOR VARSITY, AND MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS, VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS INCLUDING THREE THEATER PRODUCTIONS PER YEAR, AND MUCH MORE.
