EXPENDITURES ARE MADE FOR PROFESSORSHIPS, FACULTY RESEARCH, STUDENT FINANCIAL AID, STUDENT JOURNALS, AWARDS AND ACTIVITIES, THE GRADUATE PROGRAM, THE LAW LIBRARY, AND OTHER PROJECTS DEEMED TO BE IN THE INTEREST OF THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF LAW AND WITHIN ITS CHARTER. THIS EXEMPT PURPOSE IS THE FOCUS OF THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITIES THROUGH DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDRAISING EFFORTS AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS.
