TIME FOR CHANGE FOUNDATION (TFCF) SERVED 712 INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES THIS FISCAL YEAR. WE TRANSITIONED 29 FAMILIES INTO PERMANENT HOUSING AND REUNITED 6 CHILDREN BACK WITH THEIR MOMS OUT OF FOSTER CARE. TFCF PROVIDED 638 SESSIONS OF INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY THERAPY, OUR LICENSED DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM SERVED 56 WOMEN, AND CONDUCTED 337 RANDOM DRUG TESTS. THROUGH WISH RENTAL AND UTILITY PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WE SERVED 255 FAMILIES. OUR POSITIVE FAMILY FUTURES REUNIFICATION (PFFR), 2-GENERATIONAL MODEL SERVED 32 MOTHERS AND 17 CHILDREN WITH CRITICAL SERVICES THAT HELP TO BREAK CYCLES OF VIOLENCE. THIS YEAR, TFCF'S REENTRY PROGRAMS SERVED 193 INDIVIDUALS WITH HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, CASE MANAGEMENT, JOB INTERVIEW AND WORK CLOTHING, MENTORSHIP, FAMILY REUNIFICATION, AND MORE.
