IN 2022 RBCF PROVIDED OVERSIGHT AND/OR SUPPORT SERVICES TO 9 GROOMING PROJECTS LOCATED AT AGENCIES IN BALTIMORE CITY, ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, AND WILMINGTON, DELEWARE. THE PROJECTS PROVIDED NO-CHARGE GROOMING SERVICES FOR TARGET POPULATIONS IDENTIFIED AS LACKING ACCESS TO REGULAR HAIR CARE. DURING 2022 THE 9 GROOMING PROJECTS PRODUCED A COMBINED TOTAL OF 959 HAIRCUTS, 374 HAIRSTYLES, AND 409 OTHER HYGIENIC SERVICES. THE SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO A TOTAL OF 742 UNDUPLICATED INDIVIDUALS 1,367 DUPLICATED.
