INNOVACTION CHALLENGE: HEMISPHERIC PROGRAM THAT SUPPORTS CLIMATE ACTION THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INTER AMERICAN FOUNDATION.
