POWERBASE: WITH MORE THAN 140 SOCIAL JUSTICE/ORGANIZING GROUPS USING IT, POWERBASE, BASED ON THE OPEN-SOURCE PLATFORM CIVICRM, IS THE HOLISTIC DATABASE PROGRAM THAT PTP DEVELOPED SPECIFICALLY FOR COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO MANAGE ONLINE AND ON-THE-GROUND ORGANIZING, COMMUNICATIONS, GRASSROOTS FUNDRAISING, VOTER ENGAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY EFFORTS. THE PROGRAM OFFERS DATABASE MIGRATION SERVICES AND HOSTING WITH TRAINING WEBINARS, INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATIONAL TRAININGS, FACE-TO-FACE PEER TRAININGS, AND ON-GOING TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND COACHING AND IS FOCUSED ON GROWING TECHNOLOGY SKILLS, SYSTEMS AND LEADERSHIP ORGANIZATION-WIDE. MOVEMENT DEVELOPMENT & TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMING: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER MOVEMENT ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS MAY FIRST MOVEMENT TECHNOLOGY, PTP WORKS TO EDUCATE AND BUILD SKILLS WITHIN THE SOCIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENT AROUND THE STRATEGIES AND POLITICS OF SECURE, OPEN-SOURCE AND NON-CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY. PTP PROVIDES TECHNICAL AND ONLINE SECURITY SERVICES TO ITS PARTNER GROUPS. THROUGH OUR PARTNER LEVEL SUPPORT WE PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SKILLS BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE 'POWER USERS' WITH ADVANCED SKILLS WITHIN DOZENS OF ORGANIZATIONS.
