THE DEFENSE OF CIVIL RIGHTS PROGRAM GOAL IS TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL AMERICANS. THE ACRU PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL AMERICANS. THE ACRU ACHIEVES THIS GOAL BY FILING AMICAS CURAE BRIEFS IN CIVIL CASES, PUBLISHING OPINION PIECES IN MAJOR NEWSPAPERS AND JOURNALS AND DISCUSSING IMPORTANT CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES VIA RADIO/TV APPEARANCES.
THE ELECTION INTEGRITY DEFENSE FUND IS WORKING TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS BALLOT BOX INTEGRITY AND AIMS TO ELIMINATE VOTER FRAUD IN THE U.S. EFFORTS INCLUDE EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN WAYS TO PREVENT VOTER FRAUD AND ENSURING THAT ANYONE WHO IS LEGALLY ENTITLED TO VOTE CAN REGISTER AND CAST A BALLOT WITHOUT HINDRANCE. ADDITIONALLY, THE EIDF IS WORKING AT THE LOCAL LEVEL TO IDENTIFY ISSUES WITH VOTER ROLLS AND WORK WITH THE JURISDICTIONS TO ENSURE THAT THESE ISSUES ARE CORRECTED.
