FOR OVER 25 YEARS, THE NALP FOUNDATION FOR LAW CAREER RESEARCH AND EDUCATION HAS CONDUCTED UNIQUE BENCHMARK RESEARCH, AND DELIVERED EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND PUBLICATIONS BASED ON THIS RESEARCH. THE FOUNDATIONS RESEARCH INCLUDES RECURRING STUDIES SUCH AS THE LAW SCHOOL ALUMNI EMPLOYMENT & SATISFACTION STUDY AND THE UPDATE ON ASSOCIATE ATTRITION, AND EPISODIC ONES ON ISSUES OF CONCERN TO THE PROFESSION, SUCH AS SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO: KEY FACTORS DRIVING LAW FIRM ASSOCIATE RETENTION. THE NALP FOUNDATION ALSO CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDING THE ANNUAL HIRING PARTNER CONFERENCE, AND REGULARLY PRESENTS AT NUMEROUS CONFERENCES AND SYMPOSIA.
