THE CERTIFICATE, CALLED WOMAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CERTIFICATE, ENSURES THAT A PRIVATE, FOR-PROFIT COMPANY IS LEGITIMATELY CONTROLLED AND OWNED 51 BY WOMEN. NWBOC HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SBA TO BE A THIRD-PARTY CERTIFIER FOR WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FEDERAL CONTRACTS.
