THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION, WITHIN (AND WITHOUT LIMITING) THESE BOARD,PURPOSES,SHALL BE TO ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN A ROWING CLUB OPEN TO STUDENTS AT ST. ALBANS SCHOOL FOR BOYS(STA) AND NATIONAL CATHEDRAL SCHOOL FOR GIRLS (NCS)(BOTH BEING PARTS OF THE PROTESTANT EPISCOPAL CATHEDRAL FOUNDATION), WASHONGTON, D.C, THEREBY EXPANDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND RELATED EXPERIENCES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE SCHOOLS' STUDENTS. THE CORPORATION SHALL SEEK TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN THROUGH THE SPORT OF ROWING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL.

SPRING TRAINING: STUDENTS FROM TWO HIGH SCHOOLS LEARNED ABOUT THE SPORT OF ROWING AS WELL AS ABOUT PARTICIPATION IN A TEAM SPORT ON A COMPETITIVE LEVEL. THE STUDENTS LEARNED TO WORK IN UNISON AND DEVELOP A STRONG SENSE OF TEAMWORK. MORE THAN 70 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM, LED BY COACHES.
WINTER CONDITIONING: THE PROGRAM FURTHERED ITS COMPETITIVE REACH BY INCLUDING A WINTER CONDITIONING COMPETITION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND A TRAINING REGIMEN, PREPARING ROWERS FOR PARTICIPATION IN NUMEROUS HIGH SCHOOL ROWING REGATTAS.
SPRING ROWING SEASON: COACHES FACILITATED ENTRY INTO HIGHLY COMPETITIVE REGATTAS AND LEVERAGED THE CLUB'S ROWING EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES. COACHES SUPERVISED PRACTICES AND COACHED THE TEAMS IN NUMEROUS REGATTAS OVER THE COURSE OF THE SEASON.
