TRAINING, EDUCATION AND PEER NETWORKING FOR APPROXIMATELY 3,300 MEMBERS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN FEDERAL GRANT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT IN FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS, NONPROFITS, INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING, COMMERCIAL, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE FACILITATED THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND FACILITATION OF REGULAR VIRTUAL, LIVE AND RECORDED TRAINING EVENTS, AN ANNUAL GRANTS TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS.


THE CERTIFIED GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (CGMS) PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALING PROGRAM WAS RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC GRANTS COMMUNITY IN SEPTEMBER 2012.
