ANNUAL SUMMIT - THE COUNCIL HOSTS AN ANNUAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SUMMIT WHIH DRAWS THE THOSE IN THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING FIELD TOGETHER FOR THE BEST PRACTICAL EDUCATION, A DYNAMIC TRADE SHOW AND COMPELLING PEER-TO-PEER NETWORKING AT AN EVENT DESIGNED TO ADVANCE THE INDUSTRY. THE SUMMIT ALSO HONORS THE BEST OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING WITH THE EXCELLENCE IN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AWARDS RECOGNIZING INGENUITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, IN ADDITION TO HIGHLIGHTING MEMBERS WHO HAVE PROVIDED OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO THE ORGANIZATION.
CONTINUING EDUCATION - THE COUNCIL OFFERS ITS MEMBERS A WIDE VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR SPECIFIC TO THE PRACTICE OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, TAUGHT BY LEADERS IN THE FIELD, INCLUDING LIVE AND RECORDED WEBINARS, A STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING EXAM REVIEW & REFRESHER COURSE, AND PUBLICATION SEMINARS.
COMMITTEES - THE COUNCIL HAS A VARIETY OF COMMITTEES THAT WORK TO FURTHER THE ITS MISSION TO CONSTANTLY IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF STANDARD OF PRACTICE OF THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING PROFESSION THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, AND TO PROVIDE AN IDENTIFIABLE RESOURCE FOR THOSE NEEDING COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROFESSION.
