THE PROGRAM PRESENTLY IS CONDUCTED IN SEVERAL STATES: WASHINGTON,DC; MARYLAND;VIRGINIA; PENNSYLVANIA; TEXAS; MASSACHUSETTS AND CALIFORNIA.
