THESE PROGRAMS WILL BE DEVELOPED AND FILED AS NEEDED IN THE US DOMESTIC MARKET. THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CREATED WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE UNDER A SUBSCRIBER MODEL AT A REASONABLE MARKET BASED COST.
