THE BUSINESS SUCCESSION VIDEO SERIES WAS CREATED TO TO EDUCATE BUSINESS OWNERS ABOUT THE ESOP OPTION, HOPEFULLY CONVERTING MANY OF THESE BUSINESSES TO EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP. THE VIDEO SERIES HIGHLIGHTS ESOP COMPANIES ACROSS MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES, AS WELL AS WITH THEIR SEASONSED ADVISORS. ABOUT HOW THESE COMPANIES BEGAN THEIR ESOP JOURNEYS, MYTHS AND FACTS ABOUT ESOPS, AND THE BENEFITS THAT EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP HAS PROVIDED.
THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS A CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, THAT IS CO-SPONSORED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA'S SCHOOL OF SOCIAL POLICY AND PRACTICE, FOR CEO'S AND CEO DESIGNEES OF EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANIES. THE PROGRAM INVOICES 9 DAYS OVER TWO WEEKS OF CLASSROOM WORK LED BY FACULTY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA, AND WITH SESSIONS LED BY PROMINENT FACULTY MEMBERS OF OTHER MAJOR ACADEMIC UNIVERSITIES LOCATED IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE US.
