SURVEY, DEVELOP, ADMINISTER TASK ANALYSIS OF MIDWIFERY EVERY FIVE YEARS. DEVELOP AND REVIEW GUIDELINES FOR EVALUATION OF RESEARCH PROPOSALS. CONDUCT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RESEARCH PROJECTS RELEVANT TO MISSION AND APPROVED BY BOARD.
DEVELOP, ADMINISTER AND EVALUATE THREE SEPARATE CONTINUING COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT MODULES AND ARTICLE SETS FOR RECERTIFYING NURSE-MIDWIVES AND MIDWIVES.
MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE OF ALL CERTIFIED MIDWIVES AND CERTIFIED NURSE-MIDWIVES IN ORDER TO FULFILL THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION.
