THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE ALL OF CALVERT COUNTY WITH PREHOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. WITH AN AL VOLUNTEER STAFF, 24 HOUR A DAY SERVICE IS CURRENTLY BEING PROVIDED. A 5 YEAR PLAN OF NEEDS ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN COM- PLETED WHICH INCLUDES TRAINING IN AREAS SUCH AS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AND BIOTERRORISM.
