THE ANNAPOLIS ROWING CLUB (ARC) LEARN-TO-ROW (LTR)AND LEARN TO SCULL (LTS) PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE PROSPECTIVE ROWERS A 'TASTE' OF THE SPORT, AND TO ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO DETERMINE IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO ENTER INTO THE ARC NOVICE ROWING PROGRAM. ARC WAS ABLE TO CONDUCT 6 LTR AND 2 LTS PROGRAMS.ARC, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC AND STATE COVID-19 GUIDELINES, WAS ABLE TO EXPAND MEMBERSHIP AND ENABLE 116 MEMBERS TO ROW IN SINGLES, FOURS AND EIGHT SHELLS.
