MEMBERSHIP RECEIVES TRAINING AT CONFERENCES IN MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE MATTERS. IN TOTAL APPROXIMATELY 450 MEMBERS ATTEND THE CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS.
THE SERVICE OFFICER PLANS AND COORDINATES TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES. ADDITIONALLY SHE AUTHORS A NEWSLETTER AND MAINTAINS A WEBSITE TO KEEP MEMBERS ABREAST OF THE EVER CHANGING RULES AND REGULATIONS AFFECTING THEIR AGENCIES.
SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS OF LOW INCOME HOUSING ADMINISTERED BY THE MEMBERSHIP PROVIDING A MEANS TO A GOOD JOB AND NON-TAXPAYER SUPPORTED HOUSING.
