THE CVECA PLEDGES TO SUPPORT THE RELATED TRAINING OF APPRENTICES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY AMONG OUR EMPLOYEES, TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF WORKMANSHIP OF THESE APPRENTICES, TO CREATE A STANDARD OF RELATED TRAINING, AND TO ESTABLISH THE INTENTIONS OF CVECA IN THE REGULATION OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM. OUR STANDARDS OF APPRENTICESHIP GOVERN THESE OBJECTIVES.
THE MISSION OF THE CVECA:THE CVECA IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE INDUSTRY THROUGH THE PROCESS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION AND LABOR RELATIONS. THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE AREAS ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING INDUSTRY STRIVING TO PROMOTE HIGHER STANDARDS OF WORK, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, AND A BETTER WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
