THE ENTITY WAS FINANCED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD") UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND OPERATES THREE GROUP HOMES CONSISTING OF 20 UNITS. THE ENTITY IS REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
