CLEMENTS ISLAND MUSEUM, PINEY POINT LIGHTHOUSE MUSEUM AND HISTORIC PARK, THE DRAYDEN AFRICAN-AMERICAN SCHOOLHOUSE, THE CHARLOTTE HALL SCHOOLHOUSE AND THE U-1105 BLACK PANTHER SUBMARINE SHIPWRECK PRESERVE; TO ENCOURAGE CITIZENS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO CONTRIBUTE ARTIFACTS, MEMORABILIA, SERVICES AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE MUSEUMS.
