LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: THE ACC FOUNDATION CONDUCTS SEMINARS, COLLOQUIA, MEETINGS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH ADVANCE THE CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF ATTORNEYS EMPLOYED BY ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR.
DIVERSITY & PRO BONO: ACC FOUNDATION SUPPORTS VARIOUS NATIONAL DIVERSE BAR ASSOCIATIONS TO FURTHER PROMOTE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES IN THE CORPORATE LEGAL PROFESSION. THE ACC FOUNDATION ALSO LOOKS TO ENGAGE DIVERSE COUNSEL FROM CORPORATE LEGAL DEPARTMENTS, LAW FIRMS AND LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, BY ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION AND SPONSORSHIP AT THE EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES AND ANNUAL MEETINGS OF DIVERSE LEGAL BARS. IN ADDITION TO THIS SUPPORT, WE ACTIVELY SEEK DIVERSE COUNSEL TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR OWN EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND PRESENTATIONS, AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUBJECT-MATTER EXPERTS TO SERVE AS FACULTY FOR ACC AND/OR ACC FOUNDATION PROGRAMS.
