NAESCO CONDUCTS AN ACCREDITATION PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES USERS OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES CONFIDENCE IN THEIR EFFICIENCY SERVICE PROVIDER. NAESCO ADVOCATES AND DEVELOPS POLICIES THAT ENCOURAGE ENERGY EFFICIENT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND THE CREATION OF LONG-TERM VALUE FOR RATEPAYERS AND SOCIETY AS A WHOLE.
NAESCO PROVIDES ITS MEMBERSHIP WITH SPECIAL INDUSTRY INFORMATION AND ALERTS COVERING MARKET GROWTH, OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPMENT, AS WELL AS PRODUCES A PERIODICAL NEWSLETTER THAT FOCUSES ON INDUSTRY ACTIVITY. NAESCO MAINTAINS A WEB SITE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY INDUSTRY PROVIDING INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC ABOUT ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND THE CHANGING ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICIES AND PROGRAMS CONDUCTED BY THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
IN 2022, NAESCO HOSTED SEVERAL LIVE IN PERSON MEETINGS. WE HELD OUR FEDERAL WORKSHOP IN MARCH, OUR JUNE MEMBERS MEETING AND OUR ANNUAL NOVEMBER MEETING. WE ALSO HELD 4 LIVE REGIONAL MEETINGS. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE ROBUST ATTENDANCE AT OUR WEBINARS, AND TYPICALLY DO TWO PER MONTH. ATTENDANCE AT LIVE EVENTS WAS VERY STRONG IN 2022, WITH ABOUT 300 ATTENDEES AT OUR LARGEST EVENT.
