DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS PROGRAM: THE CENTERPIECE OF BCFA ACTIVITIES WHICH FEATURE MAJOR INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL LEADERS AND DISTINGUISHED AUTHORITIES IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS. IT IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COUNCIL'S SEVERAL AUDIENCES, ESPECIALLY ATTENTIVE CITIZENS.
CABLE TV/SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH: THE COUNCIL'S CABLE TV NETWORK, COVERING BALTIMORE CITY, MOST OF MARYLAND AND PARTS OF SOUTHERN PENNSYLVANIA. IT HAS A POTENTIAL VIEWERSHIP OF 3.2 MILLION HOUSEHOLDS.
