COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM - THE OBJECTIVE IS TO COMMUNICATE THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFETY NEEDS OF MOTORCYCLISTS AND TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF AVAILABLE RIDER EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
