THE TEACHER EDUCATION AND COMPENSATION HELPS (TEACH) (FORMERLY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT) - THE TEACHER EDUCATION AND COMPENSATION HELPS (T.E.A.C.H.) EARLY CHILDHOOD SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN WASHINGTON, D.C. (T.E.A.C.H. D.C.) PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE EARLY LEARNING WORKFORCE TO COMPLETE COURSEWORK TOWARDS THEIR ASSOCIATE'S AND BACHELOR'S DEGREES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.
NATIONAL AFFILIATE NETWORK - THE NATIONAL AFFILIATE NETWORK IS COMPOSED OF CHAPTERS ACROSS THE U.S. THAT NBCDI PARTNERS WITH TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES THAT IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR BLACK CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
CONFERENCE AND MEMBERSHIP - NBCDI'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOCUSES ON THE PRESSING ISSUES OF THE DAY, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, CAPACITY BUILDING, BEST PRACTICES, CUTTING EDGE SOLUTIONS AND RESEARCH THAT IMPACT BLACK CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. IN ADDITION, NBCDI PROVIDES INFORMATION, PUBLICATIONS AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING TO ITS NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP BASE. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE REDUCED FEES TO THE ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND DISCOUNTS ON THE PURCHASE OF NBCDI CURRICULA.
