PROVIDED RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS. IN ADDITION TO A SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS COURTS, THE ASSOCIATION HAS A SWIM TEAM AND PROVIDES SWIM INSTRUCTION, TENNIS INSTRUCTION, TENNIS CLINICS FOR YOUTH, TENNIS LEAGUES FOR ADULTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. THE ASSOCIATION IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING FAIRCHILD HOUSE, A HISTORIC PROPERTY ON ITS GROUNDS.
