THE MISSION OF LIGHTHOUSE CLASSICAL ACADEMY (LCA) IS TO PROVIDE A RIGOROUS ACADEMICPROGRAM THAT IS BOTH DISTINCTLY BIBLICAL AND CLASSICAL, THAT WILL ENABLE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN TO GROW IN CHRIST AND BECOME SERVANT LEADERS, TRANSFORMING FAMILIES, COMMUNITIES, AND NATIONS FOR GODS GLORY.

DURING THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR, LIGHTHOUSE MAINTAINED A FULL AND ROBUST ACADEMIC REGIMEN DESPITE THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN AND STATEWIDE MANDATED CLOSURE OF SCHOOLS. ON MARCH 13, 2020, WE IMPLEMENTED OUR PROTOCOL FOR CONVERSION TO FULLY ONLINE LEARNING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR. OUR ACADEMIC STANDARDS, REQUIREMENTS, AND ORIGINAL LESSON PLANS WITH ASSIGNMENTS REMAINED THE SAME. WHILE ADJUSTING TO THE NEW ONLINE LEARNING MODEL, OUR TEACHERS GAVE FULL SUPPORT TO OUR LIGHTHOUSE STUDENTS.IN AUGUST OF 2020 WE WELCOMED OUR STUDENTS BACK FOR IN-PERSON LEARNING WHICH WE HAVE CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN THROUGH THE 20212022 ACADEMIC YEAR.
