MCLEOD HEALTH WAS FORMED TO BE A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO MCLEOD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER OF THE PEE DEE, INC. IT ALSO SUPPORTS OTHER ENTITIES IN THE SYSTEM SUCH AS MCLEOD MEDICAL CENTER - DILLON, MCLEOD LORIS SEACOAST HOSPITAL, MCLEOD HEALTH CHERAW, MCLEOD HEALTH CLARENDON, AND MCLEOD PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATES II. ON A DAILY BASIS, MCLEOD HEALTH COORDINATES THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY ACUTE CARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE EASTERN REGION OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND THE EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN REGION OF NORTH CAROLINA.
