FUNDING FROM THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEATH, COOK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, AND PRIVATE SOURCES TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND UPDATES ON IMMUNIZATIONS PRACTICES TO PEDIATRIC HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS ACROSS THE STATE, TO PROVIDE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, AND TO SUPPORT EFFORTS TO INCREASE IMMUNIZATION RATES ACROSS ILLINOIS.


PRIVATE FUNDING TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO THE 2,000 ICAAP MEMBERS ACROSS THE STATE AND TO OTHER PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN ILLINOIS.
