BLACKSTONE VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY AFFORDABLE CARE, REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY TO PAY, WHILE IMPROVING THE HEALTH STATUS OF THE POPULATION IN THE LOWER BLACKSTONE VALLEY, ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH THE MOST COMPLEX SET OF MEDICAL, BEHAVIORAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS. BVCHC IS COMMITTED TO BUILDING AN INTEGRATED AND ACCOUNTABLE SYSTEM OF CARE, HAVING A PRIMARY CONCERN FOR THE HEALTH OUTCOMES OF OUR PATIENTS, AND EVIDENCED BY THE PROGRESSIVE USE OF HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE ON OUTCOME-BASED METRICS.
