SUPPORT OF CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITTING THE RESIDENTS OF JOSEPHINE AND WESTERN JACKSON COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF OREGON THROUGH BUILDING A PERMANENT ENDOWMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY, PROMOTING EFFECTIVE STEWARDSHIP OF ASSETS AND UNITING RESOURCES TO ADDRESS IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NEEDS.

THE FOUNDATION ADMINISTERS CHARITABLE FUNDS AND MAKES GRANTS FROM THOSE FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, PRIMARILY IN JOSEPHINE AND WESTERN JACKSON COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF OREGON. IN 2022-23 THE FOUNDATION GAVE 76 GRANTS TOTALING $689,278 TO 69 ORGANIZATIONS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR DONORS AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO LEARN ABOUT PHILANTHROPY AND RELATED TOPICS.
