THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF STUDENT WORK DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC. ("SWDF") IS TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS IN DISCIPLESHIP, EDUCATION, EVANGELISM, AND MISSIONS TO HELP PRODUCE MORE EFFECTIVE DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES.

SWDF PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE U.S. SUCH AS THE BAPTIST COLLEGIATE MINISTRIES AND VARIOUS COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITIES, THE CHRISTIAN CHALLENGE, THE CAMPUS VENTURES, THE NAVIGATORS AND CHURCHES THAT REACH OUT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TO HELP THEM LEARN TO EVANGELIZE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WITH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND DISCIPLE THEM IN THE WORD OF GOD.


SWDF PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO CAMPUS MINISTRIES IN EUROPE THAT REACH OUT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS TO HELP THEM LEARN TO EVANGELIZE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WITH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND TO DISCIPLE THEM IN THE WORD OF GOD AND SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.


THE SULLIVANT RETREAT CENTER IS A PART OF SWDF AND IS USED FOR FOSTERING AN ENVIRONMENT FOR DISCIPLESHIP, EVANGELISM, TEACHING AND TRAINING OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CAMPUS ORGANIZATIONS AND CHURCHES TO ACCOMPLISH SWDF'S PURPOSE OF HELPING PRODUCE MORE EFFECTIVE DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES AND SPREADING THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
