SEVEN "CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE" FORTIFY THE MCINTIRE SCHOOL'S CURRICULUM, SUPPORT STUDENTS AND FACULTY, OFFER INNOVATIVE, AMBITIOUS, CUTTING-EDGE RESEARCH PROJECTS, SUPPORT FORUMS AND ONGOING LECTURE SERIES, AND BOOST THE SCHOOL'S ABILITY TO NURTURE STUDENTS INTO CREATIVE, INTUITIVE, AND RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO OFFERS MCINTIRE SCHOOL STUDENTS OPPORTUNITIES TO TAKE PART IN CONTEMPLATIVE SCIENCES, PARTICIPATE IN STUDENT INVESTMENT CLUBS, AND ENHANCE THEIR ABILITIES TO CREATE, MANAGE, AND LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS. EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OFFER PRACTITIONERS CURRENT SKILLS IN AN EVOLVING BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE LATEST RESEARCH AND THE POWER OF THE MCINTIRE SCHOOL'S WORLD-CLASS FACULTY.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED NEED-BASED AND MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS TO APPROXIMATELY 97 UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS DURING THE 2021-22 ACADEMIC YEAR.
THE FOUNDATION MADE CASH PAYMENTS TO THE MCINTIRE SCHOOL FOR GENERAL OPERATIONS, FACULTY SUPPORT, AND PROGRAM SUPPORT, AND TRANSFERRED FUNDS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA FOR MCINTIRE SCHOOL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS, RENOVATIONS, AND NEW CONSTRUCTION.
