TO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH EDUCATION, INFORMATION & SERVICES RELATING TO THE PROFESSION. THE DELAWARE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IN CONJUCTION WITH MEMBER BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, SERVES AND SUPPORTS ITS MEMBERSHIP BY RECOGNIZING AND ADDRESSING ITS NEEDS AND CONCERNS BY DEVELOPING, PROVIDING AND PROMOTING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WHICH WILL ASSIST ITS MEMBERS IN SERVING THEIR CLIENTS AND THE PUBLIC.

THE THREE LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICES BY EXPENSES INCLUDE LOBBYING, ANNUAL CONVENTION, AND EDUCATION. LOBBYING ALLOWS THE ASSOCIATION TO BE PROACTIVE IN GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT AN INDIVIDUAL'S RIGHT TO OWN, USE AND TRANSFER REAL PROPERTY, AND TO ENSURE THAT ITS MEMBERSHIP IS ABLE TO PRACTICE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE WITHOUT THE BURDEN OF UNFAIR AND RESTRICTIVE GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS. THE ANNUAL CONVENTION AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES ALLOWS THE ASSOCIATION TO SUPPORT ITS MEMBERSHIP THROUGH CONTINUING EDUCATION THAT WILL ASSIST ITS MEMBERS IN SERVING THEIR CLIENTS AND THE PUBLIC.
