THE SANTA BARBARA RUGBY ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE COACHING, PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUGBY SKILLS AND SPORTSMANSHIP, AND ENCOURAGE YOUTH AND AMATEUR ATHLETIC COMPETITION. THERE WERE OVER 270 PLAYERS WHO PARTICIPATED IN ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES DURING THE CURRENT YEAR.THE PLAYERS PRACTICED AND COMPETED IN AFTER SCHOOL, SUMMER, AND TRAVELING PROGRAMS.
